We had a whole series of bad experiences with this companyIt started with verbal quotes for work that did not include laborDates for finishing work were routinely missedWork done was very shoddy, including things like interior trim that was not even put in correctlyIn the end, where they had converted our camper for a dual battery setup when one battery container filled with water, the owner told me that I would need to take it back to whoever put the original battery on and have them re-weld thingsAs if D&M were not responsible for the work they had done in changing the setupFed up with even dealing with this company, I just walked away completely dissatisfiedThey clearly did not care

My self and my girl took our RV into this repair shopWe were told by Don the owner that we would need a new roof and new AC unitsWhen we brought the RV into the repair shop to have the generator fixedThey repaired the generator and we scheduled an appointment the have a break in the chassis welded and a new roof installedWe were told that we would have to leave it over night and we could pick it up the following morning at amWe came to pick it up about hours later than the time agreed uponThey had not completed the workWe had to wait several hours and were told that the roof was still wet and it wouldn't be safe to walk on till the next dayWe drove homeThe next morning I examined the roof and they did not replace itThey only caulked the seams on the roof and the stress fracture on the chassis had not been weldedWhich definitely endangered our livesI took pics of the caulking job of the roofWhich we did not sign or agree uponThe roof was not even cleaned

Today they installed a Wave heater and did the annual maintenance on the refrigerator
They did a superior job on both
