I am writing to express gratitude for the excellent quality of service d&m satellite solutions provides. Every time I have needed help or had as question, the customer service has be exemplary. Thank you and keep it up!
Company only removes DIRECTV dishes but advertises removal of any satellite dish.
On December 27 I called 808-[redacted] to schedule removal of 2 satellite dishes per the attached ad, which states "if you have satellite dish and you don't use it, contact us! Will remove it for you for free" -- this ad is also seen at http://honolulu.craigslist.org/[redacted].html -- After scheduling a removal date of 3 January, the person I spoke with "verified" the antennas are 48-inch; I told her that they are 36 and 30 inch. She subsequently said those are "not DIRECTV antennas" and they would not remove them. When I told her that their ad says nothing about dish removal being restricted to 48-inch DIRECTV dishes and therefore is misrepresenting, she rudely hung up.
