Review: On july ** 2013 I reported my dodge avenger 2013 stolen, police found the car on august * 2013 in great condition .the police had the car towed to D&M towing on the same day found . I called and requested the amount charged for the tow . I was not given the amount over the phone.the receptionist said I had to come into the location upon arrival she still would not . I then requested to see the car for damages . No damages I took pictures proceeded back to the desk to claim the car and get a fee for services, the total fee was $332,06 . I asked why so high for one day . The car was found within a two block radius .She said tow charges. and storage for one night. Also because the car will not start pulling the car out the shop to the sidewalk. after the car was on the sidewalk I went under the hood put the ground battery cable on . the alarm sound I turn the key the car start right up .Now upon this company towing the car they had to dis alarm the car . I should have been informed that the cable was disconnected ..The cable could of been place back on in the garage and drove out instead of me paying the extra monies for him to pull it out of his doors. This is a shameful scam. I would also like to add that their is very dim lights on at this location where the cars is being held. to properly exam your car . upon walking in from the beginning the car was still hitch up to a tow truck. also I was charged $75.00 he said for a key for him to get in the car something about a master key. Towing amount acceptable $125.00 overnight stay acceptable . $25.00 Tax $27.00 items Below I would like to be refunded for : Master key $75.00 Pull car to sidewalk $80.00 Total Fee $322.06 But I knew that this car had to leave this shop this dayDesired Settlement: I I would like for this company to provide a price to all customers for the services rended as request by a customer . I am also requesting a refund of the charge for pulling the car out to the curb $80.00 I am also requesting a refund of $75.00 charged for this master key that the owner of this shop stated was a charge to me.
