I am rejecting this response because:
I explained to DM Transportation several times that the pick up location was at my vacation house, 3 1/2 from where our main home is located.  They said they understood this; despite that acknowledgement, DM Transportation completely missed two appointments after I had confirmed the appointments the day before.  On the third attempt, I was given a time window of 8am - Noon; when they did not show up by noon as promised, I filed my complaint with Revdex.com.  They did not actually show up until over 3 hours later.If the truck broke down, there was traffic or a driver called in sick, why were we NEVER, EVER called?  I left messages on a multitude of voice mails at DM Transportation and never received a call until the week following the missed pick ups; several times, I just broke down and called them during the week.I believe the public needs to be warned about the poor performance and horrible service of this business.

appointments must be rescheduled outside of our control. We make every effort to keep communication lines open with the consumer if an unfortunate occurrence like this happens, to keep the inconvenience impact as minimal as possible.It appears the pickup was in fact made on 11/19, contrary to the attached letter saying that pickup was missed for a 3rd time. See attached.If the consumer is seeing something different, please feel free to have them call me directly at the number below.Please let us know what else we can do to resolve the matter and have the complaint removed from our Revdex.com profile.Thank you,Michael L. DM Transportation was the company chosen to deliver my exercise bike with the extra payment for delivery inside my home.
Unfortunately, they are still holding my product 10 days later, unable to contact a technician who will finish the delivery. Despite two days in a row of promising to call me back with an update, I have not received any update. I have asked for a refund of the extra $99 for room delivery and asked for the product to be delivered to my door and that is apparently not an option at this point. So a month after an order that was supposed to be delivered in 10-14 days, I have no idea when I will receive my order.
