get the cat down, and was not comfortable climbing higher than that in a stormHe offered to cut the tree down so the cat could get down, otherwise the cat might not come down of its own accord and he was not able to reach itHe cut the tree down and charged $100, but stated there was never a contract for this work, and that he never agreed to haul the tree away, as it's a tree in the middle of the woods and not one that's in her yard
