I purchased a lot of 25 phones that buybackhub.com posted on the liquidation.com website.
The description of the lot clearly stated that an iPhone XS Max would be included in the lot of items described.

I received the package and inspected the products. Upon close inspection, no iPhone XS Max was included in the lot of phones. There was no through itemized list for this lot, however the lot clearly stated that an iPhone XS Max would be included - the main reason I purchased this lot of phones.
I reached out to liquidation.com and initiated a dispute. After 10 days of investigation the only resolution I was provided from buybackhub and liquidation was a $100 refund. Absolutely ridiculous as this does not nearly cover the product difference.
I declined this refund, but was told that I would not receive a refund and was not able to return the items. liquidation.com just sent a refund without my acknowledgement. It is obvious that liquidation.com and buybackhub work very closely together and are deceptive in there practices.

This is willful misrepresentation of a lot of phones - absolutely underhanded and wrong.

I purchased 2 iphone X cellphones from this company via their listing they had on *** Order # *** for 330.00 plus a wire transfer fee of 15.00 totaling 345.00 where they list their items for sale for re-sellers mainly looking for wholesale deals. Both of these devices in the photos where shown and listed as Salvage condition and for parts. Nowhere in their listing did they state that these actual phones have had their original logic boards taken out and replaced with STOLEN logic boards from other phones. The serial numbers listed on actual phone does not match the IMEI #'s on the phone. This means that this seller INTENTIONALLY scammed me and who knows how many other people by instead of selling salvage phones, they are selling salvage phones with their original Mainboards replaced from stolen devices. Had the listing mentioned that these phones had their motherboards ( logic boards / main boards ) swapped out from stolen phones I would have never purchased this. I purchased this because as the listing stated I would be receiving 2 broken in salvage condition Iphone X devices and NOT 2 iphones in salvage condition with their motherboards swapped out for stolen motherboards. The seller knew exactly that they could never be repaired, replaced or resold because the phones where re-built from a mix and match of other phones . We took this to a Direct Apple Store and the tech was the one who let us know that NONE of the parts matched . He also told us that the phones going by their current serial numbers came up stolen in their databases. I contacted *** supply customer service team who in return gave us this sellers information in which we needed to file this Revdex.com complaint . I contacted also the seller through *** supply and the *** replied with a 2 word response " That's unfortunate " . Let alone being scammed out of my money , these devices I can't even resell as broken because they contain stolen motherboards. This type of business model needs to STOP
