D&M Window Washing

I purchased a *** on March 30, and contacted D&M Window Washing to make an appointment, which was made for 09:AM March 22, At about 2:PM in the afternoon of March 22, I called D&M and requested the status of my appointment The person (man) on the phone indicated that he was in the field and was did not know the status I called again about 4:PM the same day and requested the status and I spoke to the same person, and he again indicated he did not know the status and also commented that possible the person’s car broke down on the road, and someone would contact me with the status I called again on the 23nd, 24th, 25th, and each time I was connected to voice mail, and I left a message requesting a call back and status update, they never returned my calls I called again at 10:on the 27th and the some person answered the phone again and indicated that he was in the field He took the same information from me again as he did the first time and said that he could come May; which I indicated that date would not work for me as I would be out of town He ask me what date I need and I replied by May, which he indicated he could not do I told him that I was very dissatisfied with D&M and that I would be contacting *** requesting a refund He ask me if I was “perfect”, I replied no; however, I tried to be perfect and I least I follwith my comments and customers He agreed that I should request a refund I now understand why this company has an “F” rating from the Revdex.com I do not have one good thing to share about my experience

D & M Windows got the star because D & M Window Washing in Phoenix, AZ has no responsibility, no honest to comet they appointment I did call two weeks ago to setup appointment for my house window cleaning They tell my they are available at 6/16/between 11:00am to 1:00pm I said is fine for me Two days before my appointment, I did call D & M Window Washing to conferred my appointment the men answer the phone, he said they will be my house at 11:00am to 1:00pm 6/16/at 11:37am, I called D & M Window Washing to ask why still not show up, the men answer phone said the appointment is 11:00am to 1:00pm, it is not to 1:00pm yet and just wait I waited until 2:00pm, they still not showed up, I called again and nobody answer the phone, and I left a message ask them call back I waited for minutes and no return phone call, and I keep calling D & M Window Washing and leave messages until 3:30pm (times) I never have terrible experience with poor service like the D & M Window Washing The way they practice business, one day the will fall terribly

I purchased a 2 groupons and after 6 months of trying to schedule and work with them I have had it. They did not call back, they did not show up, they did not call before not showing up. I do not have one good thing to share about my experience. Their were lots of excuses when I got a hold of them.
I spoke only to the manager. He said that he did not do the scheduling the owner did. I purchased in March and they still have not followed through. we did schedule a date and time twice. the first time they did not show up or call was because they were too busy with all the groupons. the Second time they did not show up or call was weather related. they never scheduled a third time and after a month of no communications, I have decided to write my first complaint about a business.

Review: I purchased 2 window cleanings, one for myself and one as a gift through xxxxxx xxxxx for $45 each. They gave me an appointment but didn't show. I called to reschedule, and they did not answer the phone or return my calls.

I called xxxxxx xxxxxx and they did answer the phone for them and told them I didn't even have an appt. scheduled, total liars. Desired Settlement: A return of my $90 in cash please. Find another business cause you stink at window washing.
