Have had no recent response from [redacted], DMC Homes, or otherwise.
There is a definite problem with the structure of the frame enclosing the garden-door, as well as the door to the laundry-room; that is obvious to the naked eye from the interior & exteriror. It's warped.
Individuals with integrity don't need to be told what needs to be done, but address it directly, rather then passing the responsibility off to someone else.
