DISGRACEFUL!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! If I could put a zero star I would!!! Let me start from the beginning, the owner is named Les, and he was supposed to come out to fix our swamp cooler yesterday between 2 and 4 and never showed up. I tried calling him around 430 seeing where he was but got sent to voicemail, the property group we rent through tried calling and emailing him and we all got ignored! So today I left him a voicemail at around 9am and he called me back extremely hostile saying that he didn’t show up or answer his phone because he never got a work order from the property group. So I call the property group and they resend the email to him with the work order and he calls me back after about 20 minutes and was angry and hostile once again to even get him to come to my house at 3pm today.
So today, it becomes 415 and Les STILL DIDNT SHOW UP!!! He didn’t call me to say he’d be late or anything, so I called him from my phone then my husbands phone because once again we got no answer, just a voicemail. He calls my husbands phone back after about 10 minutes and said he will be an hour more late, my husband said “you were supposed to be here at 3!” And he yelled at my husband on the phone and said “I JUST TOLD YOU ILL BE AN HOUR LATE!!” So my husband hangs up and an hour goes by and we get a knock on the door, my husband answers and Les approaches him very angrily and says he is here to fix the swamp cooler. So my husband asks if he is okay, telling him he seems hostile and Les throws his arms up and yells “fix it your fking self!” All while kids are in our neighborhood. So my husband tells him he has awful customer service and to get off our property and Les continued to yell and scream curse words at my husband, flipping him off and peeled out of our neighborhood. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED WITH A MAN WHO OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS AND TREATS STRANGERS/CUSTOMERS SO BAD!!! Do not use this man!!!!!!! You’ve been warned!!!! I am posting this everywhere possible and reporting him anywhere I can. This man, Les, deserves to be out of business!!!

First let me start off by saying that I will be taking legal action against this false statement I'm responding to. And I will be contacting Arvada Police Department about the Violent hostile threats that were made against myself and my son, from the respondents husband. The more accurate story here is: Yesterday I received a service call from Property management company at 11:37am. Carol said she would send a workorder to my email with address to fix a swamp cooler. I told her I could go by between 2-4 and that we were really busy and I would fit her in. She never sent any email with a address so I could go out and do service call. The only number I had was to a answering service, which I left a message and she didnt respond back to until till the next morning.So I received a message at 445pm asking where I'm at. I cant go out to a property with no address. So with the only number I had of management company was a voicemail. Explained that I didnt show because they never sent a work order. And since the tenant isn't paying the bills. I have to wait for the management company to respond back. The tenant called this morning, I wasn't hostile what so ever towards her. I explained what happened about the management company not giving me a work order. And for her to call them to schedule me back out there. She did and they called and apologized to me for not sending work order. And 5 minutes later the work order was emailed to me.Morgan called back she was very nice and polite. Said she needed to take dog to the vet and she would be back at 230pm. So we set appt for 3pm. I had a pipe burst walking into our last job before her appt. So we were delayed. I called management company and said we would be late. while we were fixing the emergency flood. The tenant called me and left message. Because we were busy fixing a water catastrophe, I wasn't able to answer phone. I called back when I had a chance. Her husband was rude and unprofessional on the phone. Telling me we were delayed and I called the management company. He still was irate and rude to me on the phone.I told him it would be an hour before we could get to him. Showed up and rang the door bell. Before I could even introduce myself. He said are you OK, are you hostile. I said I was just here to fix the swamp cooler. He repeated the same statement again. Are you OK, are you hostile. He was trying to provoke a reaction. Told him that I don't need this, and you can fix the swamp cooler yourself. The only hand gestures were coming from her husband threatening and yelling to kick my ***. And started to walk away. He then became irate, yelling inappropriate words. Asked to speak with the owner. I told him I was. Then he realized he wasn't going to get anywhere.Then it escalated to name calling. Then at that time my son started recording him with his phone. He then threaten harm to myself and yelling with the "kids in the neighborhood". Saying he was going to kick my ***. And Yelling get the *** out of the van, cause I'm going to kick your ***, you ***. This was all happening while the "kids were supposedly playing in the neighborhood" And I have a 8000lb van with a small V8 ENGINE. I wished it had the power to "peel out of the neighborhood" like it was falsely stated.I cant believe how a person like Morgan Sadie can blatantly lie and distort the facts. Then post a statement on here like this. And if anyone would like to verify my side of the story, by calling West View Property Group. Or the Arvada Police Department after I file a complaint.
