Review: Contractor agreed to do the job as per customer's instructions , DID NOT comply with the agreement. Contractor was hired to perform a job within 5-7 business days since the deposit was given. Took over three weeks to do VERY limited work. (Work performed was very poorly done) Week 4 since the deposit was given, contractor stopped showing up to the property to rectify the issues and complete the agreed upon project. Contractor is VERY unresponsive to calls, text messages .Desired Settlement: Need a refund of the deposit given, due to the fact that the project was abandoned by the contractor - he did NOT show up onsite as promised . After NUMEROUS attempts to reach the contractor, calls and texts were not answered. Another contractor needs to be hired to correctly finish the project .

Review: DMD flooring was hired to sand, and stain the floors in my home, as well as pull up the kitchen tile, lay new wood floor and stain to match the rest of the house. The job was arranged to begin on Thursday, July [redacted], and we were to return back to the house on Sunday. [redacted] the [redacted] told us it might take an extra day which we were ok with. The weekend of the [redacted] disappeared and we did not hear from him, he did not return phone calls or texts. When we finally heard from him, he explained that he had an emergency, and that we would be able to return back to the house on Monday. Monday came and went and the services were never completed. As of 7/**, the job is still not complete. We are left with a ripped up kitchen floor, missing/damaged kitchen cabinets, and the stairs and floors were never fully completed. We have contacted [redacted] numerous times by cell phone, and text. He was expected to show up this morning, but as of 4:25pm, he never showed.

In addition to losing our deposit, needing to replace kitchen cabinets and now needing to find another company to come in and fix the job so we can live at our home, we spent several hundred dollars to arrange a hotel room for my family. All of DMD's equipment is at our home.Desired Settlement: Refund deposit, replace kitchen cabinets, and pick up equipment from our home.
