called the office & stated that she had seen small ‘food’ roaches in her home & that she needed someone to come out & spray her home. The office administrator (Candace) asked her if she was seeing them in the kitchen & bathroom areas and Mrs [redacted] confirmed that she had seen them in the kitchen. Candace explained to her that the roaches she sited were more than likey ‘german roaches’ & for proper treatment we would need to have the technician come out & provide a ‘bait’ treatment (which is the most effective way to treat for german roaches). Candace advised her for this service it would be $150.00. Mrs. [redacted] is currently a quarterly customer paying 64.41 + tax every 3 months for GENERAL pest (ants, spiders, crickets, pillbugs etc). The ‘baiting’ service is not included in the cost of her quarterly price. She was very pleasant & said that she would call back if she would be interested in having this service done. Candace advised her that the tech could come out & re-treat her home (because she is a quarterly customer) at NO CHARGE, but it would not rid the german roaches. Mrs [redacted] stated she would think about it & call back. A few moments later Mr. [redacted] called & was immediately in a defensive mode. He spoke to Candace in a very harsh tone, accusing her of trying to imply that the [redacted]s had german roaches. Candace tried assuring Mr. [redacted] that his wife had previously called stating that they could very well have german roaches (Based on info candace asked about the areas the roaches were seen). Mr [redacted] continued to yell & demanded a supervisor/upper management or the owner. Candace advised him that she has spoke to his wife & that a technician would be more than happy to re-treat their home at no charge but that it wouldn’t rid the ‘german roaches’ that Mrs [redacted] called in earlier about. She also advised him that she could have the route manager for the technician that services their home call him & he insisted that the OWNER call. He demanded that his services be cancelled & to never call him again. Northwest Pest Patrol9330 Mills RdHouston, TX 77070281-469-7378 Thank you,
I don't want anything else from these people. They are rude, dishonest (they NEVER contacted me directly) and do not stand behind their product. I have contracted another pest control service. This is closed.
