To start off, I am NOT lying! All the facts I stated in my last response are truthI absolutely told [redacted] she really needed a new roofThe only reason I did not go the day she called as we were at a wedding in ConnecticutAs I said in the prior response, I did send my roofer and he did absolutely tar the area that was leaking Hehad done it BEFORE she said not to fixThe roofer is not a third party He works for me As far as cursing- I have several people who heard her as I put it on speakerAnd a neighbor was at ***'s house and absolutely heard her and some male friend of hers go off the wall swearing I only tarred the roof Did NOT put paper or a (band aid) as she said The paper coming up has nothing to do with my tarring the roofWhen I worked there, I witnessed several calls she made trying to negotiate late payments She works for an attorney, which she constantly told me as she wanted to scare me I have been in business for over years You have never contacted me before [redacted] also went up our contractors ladder to look at the roof Our insurance company does not allow anyone but the ladder's owner to use She at that time put me in jeopardy with my insurance

I am rejecting this response because: He is lying, I stated truths & facts in my complaint.  I was NEVER told I needed a new roof from this contractor nor from other contractors that gave me an estimate.  My next door neighbor had an estimate from this contractor  & he gave them an estimate  that said they needed a new roof.  I never said I could not afford it, we should be stating facts.  DMI was called numerous days to come & look at roof after the leak.  After more than a week he did infact send a third party & I was up on the roof with the third party & he did NOT patch my roof that day.  Neither party had my permission to touch my roof.  I have been back up on the roof & see someone must have come when I was at work because there is patching done of which I did not give permission to touch my roof.  The application is peeling up & water is getting underneath, what they did,  did not fix the problem. They just put a band aid on the problem. Why would I agree to pay $250 for their patch, when I am going to have to have their poor workmanship  redone with further expense by me by another roofer.  I never cursed at the contractor, after his third party left I called asking him to personally come down & take a look at the roof of which he told me "it was my problem".All I wanted was for him to see what the roof looked like with his own eyes.  The third party even said the roof looked like the application was about 6 years old not 18 months old.   Contractor did not even care to come & see & then wants to try to bill me for work that they absolutely did not have my permission to touch or do. Definatly not an honest trust worthy business, I am going to have to fight this bill in court.  Terrible contractor with dis honest ways [redacted]
