Less than a year ago we noticed leaks in two of the corners on one of the windows in our houseWe called REM A D Window Repair LLC to inspect our window and see if they could fix the leakTheir person came out and told us it was the glass and it needed to be replacedHe said he had seen this before and it was the glassThey charged us $to replace the glassThen when it rained in August this year it leaked in the same places againWe called REM A D Window and they sent a person out to inspect and repair the glassHe told us the leak was in the roof and said it was not the glassHe told us to take pictures of the leak the next time it happensWhen it rained again we took pictures and it leaked worse than before in the same placesWhen I called to explain they told me if they come out again they would do a leak testIf the glass does not leak they would charge us $for the leak testThey explained to me that it is the glass not the window that they would take respons
