This company deserves a F for any service they provide They are rude and ignorant! Joe S*** is condescending and disrespectful I had a water leak and needed restoration services after a sewage leak The company that did my plumbing recommended them because of the extensive damage My insurance, Allstate, wrote me a check for the work and my personal loss minus my deductible Joe S*** called and asked for the Allstate check for services not completed The estimate included work in my office and downstairs den as well as my hallway steps When I tried to explain to him that his name was not on the Allstate check, he insisted it was and threatened to sue us or put a lein on our home We tried to explain to this man that we will pay but not for work not done
