DMJG was instructed by *** to deposit was returned by *** *** *** as "Insufficient Funds" 3) *** *** then did a wire transfer for the deposit amount which was received by DMJG propertiesThis was to cover for the insufficient funds check previously. 4) DMJG Properties never received a signed copy of the lease via email or regular postal delivery DMJG did not countersign any leaseagreement. 5) *** wire transfer for the rental deposit was returned to her via cashier’s check that she picked up at *** *** ***. 6) After*** received her refund, the previous check that was returned for "insufficient funds" was still in the5thThird banking system and was cashed by 5th Third BankThis process took a full week to get through the banking system which was out of the control of DMJG properties Once those monies were credited to DMJG's account we immediately issued another cashiers check to make sure that *** was refunded her deposit as soon as possible.
