Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am requesting the following from Alec [redacted] with DMoving A copy of the check that he states he refunded me in the amount of $ [redacted] A copy of the bill of lading for moving my household goods on 05/31/A copy of the bill of lading for moving my household goods on 06/18/A receipt for my payment on 05/31/A receipt for my payment on 06/18/A copy of the document that he is stating "no damage was noted immediately following the move"I clearly indicated on the document that there was damage & texted him on the same day to let him know there was damageI also requested a copy of the document and the crew member stated that Alec would be sending it to meI never received itA copy of the document that lets his customers know that charges are "rounded up" on the half hourThe work was completed at minutes after the hour and I was billed for the full minutes Thanks again for your time I do hope he provides you with all (7) copies of documentsThese documents should have been provided before and/or at the time of servicePromises were made that they would be but were never produced by the owner Please contact me should you need further information Regards, [redacted]
