Purchased a complete security plan for my old computer on 11/30/ my old computer was very slowthere appeared on my screen that my computer was being watched and there was a security breach at the time I had a security plan with *** I was instructed to call a number and that they would help with the security issue I called and they helped me clean some of the computer up It was still slow and on March 5, I purchased a new ***l computer with ***security and the old computer is no longer in useI have proof of the purchase of the dell computer I did not call Classic Solutions until May to cancel my plan since the computer is no longer in useI only asked for 1/of the plan's price to be refunded The total cost of the year plan was $ I talked to Sam at Classic Solutions and he told me he would check and call me back about the refund Of course I did not receive a call back and after several attempts, I got thru to Sam and he told me no refun
tried to scam us
a person called and indicated that they were going bankrupt and wanted to send us our money back that we paid for technical supportIn the process they wanted to put money into our credit card account and then wanted us to take our money out and sent them the balance back minus money for our timeI waited a few days and then called the number I had for the company and then they tried the same thing all over again
I have called on my phone to the phone number on the e-mailed order confirmation dated 4-25-for a year extension for technicalsupport and security extensionI called Friday, January 6, and got a recording telling me that my call would be returned asap I called again Tuesday, January and got the same recordingI called again later in the day on the same day and got the same recording again I called today, January 13,and got the same recorded messageThey give their hours to call as central time zone 9:00-6: I have always called during the time for Central Time Zone they have indicatedAt this time I have received no return call from them Previously in when I called I always either got someone or they called back This makes me think they are not in business any longerBasically they took my extension money and are gone
