Our guarantee policy is as follows: “Merry Maids of Greenville wants you to be satisfied with every cleaning even if it’s only one timeWe offer a limited guarantee to customers who place a time restriction on their cleaning and a 100% guarantee to customers who do not place a time limit on the services.” The cleaning was booked for a time limit of hours; upon inspection our manager found that some items were not complete and offered to refund $for the missed areasWhen a time restriction is placed on services we typically refund an amount that would be equal to the time needed to clean the areas missed, which is how the refund of $was determinedWe would like for each experience with Merry Maids to be a positive oneIf there is anything else we can do to improve your experience please let us know Thank you again for your feedback and communication
