I have never dealt with a company with such poor costumer serviceCareful with their billing for your "service"! Quotations on service because it's actually that poor
I had an A/C issue, and it took three seperate technician visits to resolve the issueThey were here for several hours in total, but the problem was resolved in only under an hour and a half, by the third technician
They wanted to charge me for all the hours of service where nothing was resolvedIt is not my fault that it took them hours and hours to get it rightThere are obviously some inexperienced techs working for them, as they had to send a senior tech in the end to fix the issueAnd it only took him under an hour and a half to fix
On top of that, during the second tech visit, they changed the thermostat (which we later found out from the senior tech, didn't even need to be changed), which altered the heat settingsThey refused to come take a look and fix it for us and couldn't acknowledge that the changed heat settings were a result of them changing the thermostat (we never had a problem with the heat until the thermostat was changed)They kept insisting it wasn't their fault
And lastly, through all of this nonsense, I was very patient with them, constantly communicating through email to get it sorted outAnd at the end of it all, they said we were harassing them
What?
If anything, I'm the one being harassed for my money because they continuously tried to force me to pay for hours where nothing was resolved, always asking for my credit card informationAlong with emails everyday demanding a payment
Where is their logic in ANY of this?
So to recap:
- they didn't think to send a senior tech after the first visittook them visits
- they wanted to charge me for hours where nothing was fixed
- they didn't want to acknowledge their faults
- and finally, they said we were harassing themwhich is still unbelievable to me
I am in no means trying to get out of paying them, I am simply just not going to pay for time where nothing was fixedLogical, no?
