I am writing this letter to explain what exactly happened on this jobOur technician went on January 19, for water leaking and noise from washerHe condemned that washer has cracked tub seal and bad bearing; He also told the customer that it might be under warranty from ** because of the
age of the washer, he recommended calling manufacture to see if they can treat this problem under warrantyAfter week when customer called back and told us that ** is only give year warranty and want us to complete the jobMy technician ordered the part and he went back on 02-01-to complete the job we replaced tub seal and new transmission, he ran the washer and everything checked fineOn March 20, customer called back for washer not working again, we send our tech back to diagnose the problem, our tech came to find out that motor has gone badWe called the customer back and explained everything; tech also mentioned that it's a different problem as a courtesy we will only charge you for the partWe back our warranty 100% if it’s a same problem, but we cannot warranty any other parts with same applianceIt's very difficult to pinpoint the future problem and my intention is not to cheat my clientIf you have any question please feel free to call us at ###-###-####Thank YouSincerely,Imtiaz A**

I am rejecting this response because:"He condemned that washer has cracked tub seal and bad bearing" - False, he told me the seal was bad at first and after me calling repeaditly (not once after a week) he finally came back to fix it only to find out he couldn't so he took the tub with him to do it in the shop and THEY cracked the tub trying to fix it and therefore had to replace the tub "he ran the washer and everything checked fine." - it ran fine once when he was there then once more before we went on vacation We returned, I ran the washer one other time successfully but on the 3rd load it broke I believe that this is directly related to their repair or lack there."we send our tech back to diagnose the problem, our tech came to find out that motor has gone badWe called the customer back and explained everything" - They came out, "diagnosed" it was the motor (who somehow before all this worked perfectly fine) and were to call me back with an estimateThey NEVER called or returned my phone callsThey left me hanging with no functioning washer for over a month.If they truly back their work, then there is no way that they would stand by their repair or customer service in this case
