Regarding the missed cleaning, even though it was not truth (Nobody waits 4 weeks after the day of cleaning to complain. If she would have send us a complain couple days after the cleaning I could have send someone either to clean it or she could have just took pictures as proof of missed cleaning. But the only picture she had was the broken towel rack. She is lying also about not knowing. I have an email from her that said she went back to the property few days later saw the damage and missed area and cleaned it with her dad. Now she is saying she didn’t know until the management company told her.) I accepted as a good person to send her $35 check (The price of cleaning the area she said we missed) which I did on July 12th  which was never cashed and was never returned to us neither. We have all the crew reports, pictures and emails between us and her and can be provided upon request.Thank you and you have a wonderful afternoon. Payam B

I am very happy with DMVMaids-cleaned well and very detailed. I will use them again and recommend them.

They do a great job cleaning, and my place looks spotless once they are finished. However, scheduling is a bit difficult and very frustrating. They don't give you a receipt when they charge you, they just take the money from your credit card, which has caused issues in the past because they have charged me the wrong amount. Also, I typically email them for scheduling an appointment since I cannot make personal calls during the day, but all of a sudden they have a requirement that you need to call them and every-time I tried calling they wouldn't return my messages.
