On behalf of DMV Mechanical, I would like to take the opportunity to explain both situations.
For the review from Fabiana this was a not at all true we made several attempts to make her happy but she just didn't know what she wanted. We installed a custom built flower cooler for her and then she wanted it moved to a new location for the same cost. All money that was given to DMV was spent on the cooler. I decided not to complete the job and part ways instead of loosing more money.
In Regards to the other review DMV Mechanical was working for the contractor and not the client. The Contractor was holding money and not Paying DMV complaining that he wasn't being paid. After completion we were not once called back for a services.

Review: On April **, 2014, we signed a service agreement with DMV Mechanical which was to cover monthly visits to maintain our HVAC system. SInce then DMV Mechanical has not made a single visit to our facility to maintain our unit. they have remained unresponsive to requests for service.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the amount paid to them which was $3,300 plus sales sales tax.

Review: ON February *, 2015 I purchased a Refrigerated Flower Cooler from D.M.V Mechanical and contract them to installed the cooler and perform several services to ensure the cooler would be installer and work properly. I dealt direct with [redacted] the [redacted] and [redacted] of D.M.V Mechanicals who had promised me to have the whole job done by March [redacted]. I gave him a deposit for 50% of the total bill (4,500.00 Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) in check # [redacted] which he already cashed from the bank. However, he never finished the job, neither delivered the cooler to me. I have called, emailed and knocked on his door, and for several weeks [redacted] had made promises to deliver the services over and over, using the excuses he was still waiting for some pieces to arrive, but for the last two weeks he's not been responsive. He's screening our calls, his assistant is out of excuses, and [redacted] is no where to be found. I am pressing charges against this man and I am willing to take this matter to the court if I have to. This company is a complete scam.Desired Settlement: I want my money back 4,500.00 Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars immediately
