Why are you going through Revdex.com to file a claim? Revdex.com is a mediator and never resolves anythingI'd understand if we ignored you completely, but this isn't the caseThere is nothing missing on our endEverything picked up was delivered to youThe foreman made sure all the inventory stickers were signed off The insurance claim takes up to days from the insurance claim was received

DMV Moving and Storage Incmoved my household from Odenton to Crofton in less than four hours without any issues DMV sent three movers who were equally focused-driven, customer friendly, efficient and all about business and didn't waist any time playing around For the quality service, the price was greatI will utilize DMV again and highly recommend

I have only been in communication with this customer via emailMy phone number has always been provided to all customers filing an insurance claim and in my signature of all emails delivered outI am best contacted on my mobile Since I own the company, I am the only person in charge of all insurance claimsAll customers are to contact me directlySales representatives will always take messages down when I am not in the office With all of this said, I reimbursed the customer based on the liability insurance provided at the time of our move [redacted] requires us to reimburse customers based on $0.60/lbs regardless of the value of the piecePlease see the attached insurance claim agreement and contractAll customers have the option of insuring their items but at an additional costAn additional policy was not purchased at the time of the reservationThis information was also provided to the customer before we came out to perform the move At this time the customer is being reimbursed based on the terms of the contract

We understand the time went over the estimated hours but our men worked as hard and fast as they couldI understand the customer is frustrated and we want to bring satisfactionThe customer indicates we left picture frames, trash, and medical cabinet contents behindI estimate this would not have taken anymore than minutes to removeIf customers agrees, I will refund the card on file minut$for the inconvenience

Worst moving companyMoved from maryland to ft myersTook days to get furniture, no communication at all, about delivery dateWas given a certain date they showed up days laterCost much more than quotedGave deposit in marylandWhen furniture arrived two young russian guys who spoke not much english would not unload furniture until $more was paidPlus no credit card but when I made first deposit that's all they would exceptThey wanted cash nows its like 4:oo in afternoon, good thing we had cashMy boxes where wet & crushed, furniture just cramed in truck bikes twisted furniture marked upPlus the never even setup bed or unwrapped furniture in blanketsMy husband did thatVery unprofessional, would not advise this company especially out of stateBig ripoff

One month ago I contacted DMV Moving company and spoke with a Sales Rep named KevinI asked the questions about the cost, what's included in the quote, are there any additional fees, will you break down and set up furniture, protect fragile items like Curio Cabinet, China Cabinet and TV as well as the number of people working and providing a truckOh course he said they could accommodate all my needsNo problemI then asked him to email me a confirmation stating the services they would provide for my moveAs we discussed he sent me a quote in writing that all my needs would be included in the quoteI have a bdrm condo with a loftI was upfront and told them I lived in a 3rd floor walk upI even mentioned that there was a possibility that they may had to move a piano if I hadn't got rid of it before the moveI was given a quote as if the piano would be moved of per hrFor men, truck, blankets and supplies as well as transportation feeI was also told that they would arrive between 8-I confirmed with another reponce they took the deposit and again right before the moveThe day before the move I informed them that I was able to get rid of the pianoOn moving day guys showed up an hrlateThe Forman Juan C [redacted] was rude, unprofessional and when I asked him if he was going to break the bed down he said no although the contract stated that they would They also have you sign a Liability waiver that states that they are not responsible for damaging or breaking your itemsNot once was this ever mention during the conversations I had times with one of their representativesIf I had known that they would not take responsibilty for their negligence, I would not have chosen this companyNeither was it mentioned if they chose to send an extra person that you would be charged an additional per hrThey said they needed the extra person so they could finish in a timely mannerI think it was because they were an hour late arriving and they had another job after mineAlso as I mentioned earlier that they said blankets and supplies to protect your fragile items were included and it wasn'tI was charged an additional for them to wrap my China, Curio Cabinet and TV in a blanket and to put a piece of cardboard over the glass partWhen we called the owner Oscar to complain that what was on the contract wasn't being carried out he was condensing, nasty, rude and unprofessional accussing us of complaining because we didn't want to payNot once did we say we weren't going to pay or asked for a discount We just wanted the services done as outlined in the quoteHe even threaten to pull his crew from moving usWe reminded him that he was under contract and he would complete the moveThe bright side of the move was the young men helpingCarlos, Ezekiel and the 3rd young man were professional, pleasant and hard workersThe adult owner and forman could learn a great deal from these young men and should model these young men who were only between the ages of to Their customer service and attitude was a breath of fresh air compared to the rude adults of DMV Moving companyFinally it states if you pay in cash that you would get a discountThis wasn't honored eitherI would not recommend this company to anyoneIn fact I will highly discourage anyone that I know is moving from using a company that does not want to honor what's written in their quote, nor tell you about hidden feesThe reason I called a moving company in the 1st place was to alleviate some of the stressI just had major Brain surgery less than months agoBy the time I finished dealing with these people I was sick to my stomach and had a migrane This type of stress is what my Doctor wanted me to avoidI see why they have an F ratingMy total bill came to for hrsAs you can see I was overcharged

I received [redacted] complaint and we do apologize for the inconvenience Andrew indeed is the manager at our office and manages the sales team with over years of experienceThe information provided over the phone led him to provide a hour estimateHe did not perform a visual estimate, therefore, the estimate hours was not a guaranteeWhen a customer is on a budget or wants to remain within the estimate hours, we offer to move the larger pieces only (as an option)In your case this wasn’t an optionIn no way shape or form do we try to mislead customersWe understand issues arise and we want to satisfy all of our customers at handWith this said, I am willing to refund the customer $on their card as an apology from our company

We recently had Dmv moving move our bedroom apartmentIt was a very pleasant experience from the beginningOur sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeableThen on move day the moving team was excellentThey worked very hard in the rain pay conditions without missing a beatI would not only use them again but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experienceThanks again!
