This company was supposed to repaint my kitchen countertops over a month ago, they promised to get the work done in 4 days, we had no access to the kitchen during the 4 days and we had to spend the whole time after work/school away from the house. The main reason to avoid being in the house is my 3 years old son who has asthma and he is not supposed to be around dust, paint or any chemical components. I also have his twin sister, 3 years old and a 7 years son. Now it has been over a month of back and forth with many UNSUCCESSFUL attempts to finish the work.Meanwhile, the extreme unprofessional attitude from everyone I spoke or dealt with, for instance the 2 supervise I met in their shop located in ***. 2 supervisors, Paul and Bella, who claimed that they are the owners of the company when I insisted to speak to the owner to submit a complaint. They also have the worst attitude of dealing with a customer who was promised to have the work done in 4 days and it has been over a month and no result!!!

Dear ***,

We would like to start off by stating it is unfortunate that our client feels this way. We’re usually known for our exceptional customer service and we regret that we didn’t live up to those expectations here. We would like to address the Revdex.com letter by stating that we did start the work on time, however the customer was not satisfied with the work and we re-scheduled the project to be fixed at a different time. The client was aware of the re-scheduling and did agree to the date changes. The client stopped by our Manassas office to dispute the re-scheduling despite the fact that the work was scheduled to continue at 6PM that same day and he had been advised of it. Furthermore, when the client asked to speak to the owner, the owner did come forward and presented herself as one of the partners of the company, but the client refused to speak with her claiming that she was not the owner. We never requested a deposit, the job has been completed and on October 19th the client stated that he was satisfied with the work

I am rejecting this response because: The way the company market its services in the market promises quality of work, efficiency in time, professional in dealing with customers and warranty of the work done for 5 years!!! and that was the reason for us to hire them seeking what they promise to their customers. However, what happened with us was unprofessional attitude from all the individuals we have dealt with, they promised to get the work done with certain quality in 4 days and now is more than 6 weeks, they were incapable to fix the bad work they did in their first attempt and they tried more than 5 attempts and they failed even after the last time they showed up in my house on 10/19/19 as I still have issues in my kitchen cabinets!

When I reached out to the company to complain the girl in the operator told me that I cant talk to the owner and that I can only speak to the supervisors Paul & Bella who presented themselves to me in their office in *** as the owner of the company.

Now my kitchen cabinets over all are very fragile due to the intensive sanding they did while trying to fix their horrible job. I also still have yellowish color in some of the cabinets in addition to the contrast between the cabinets color.

The conclusion is that I didn't get any of what I was promised, quality, time, and 5 years warranty. For your reference I will send you in a different email some pictures and screenshots from the correspondence between them and my wife regarding their attempts to fix their work

We will not be waiving pricing since the work was done on the rescheduled date the client was advised of. There were three supervisors that tried to assist the client, but he declined their help. Please feel free to reach us with any additional questions or concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:

First the work was never completed on time as mentioned. We were offered a certain work that was supposed to be completed in 4 days and it took 2 months, yet work has not been completed until this moment, as shown in the pictures I sent in my last email. Second, I never rejected help from anyone, I have text messages from the person delegated from their company "Raul" in different events and different dates to prove that I HAVE NEVER REJECTED THEIR ATTEMPTS TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT THEY PROMISED IN THEIR OFFER. I only had to reschedule from 10/12/19 to 10/19/19 based on a phone call with Paul, who I don't know if he is a supervisor or one of the owners as he presented himself when I met him at their office in Manassas, only because I wanted him to be present with the labors at my place when they come to finalize the work, and that was according to his request, because he cant make it on Saturday the 12th. They showed up in my place on the 19th around 11 am and they left around 3 PM, I have never heard back from them and I haven't call them since that date, although there is still a lot to fix in my kitchen, but I know that they are incapable of getting it any better. Meanwhile, I don't want to have more damages in my kitchen cabinets
