Review: [redacted], owner of DMW Enterprises, Inc has abandoned his work on our two story addition. We have a contract with **. [redacted], he was paid in full, and he has not been to the worksite nor responded to a letter from a lawyer, email, text, etc for well over a month. He has not been onsite or in contact with us since Feb 8, 2013. Additionally, he broke many items of ours (including our kitchen sink) which he failed to replace, and he abandoned the project leaving us without a working kitchen (no sink, stove, dishwasher, or counters) despite knowing we have three young children. He left significant work to be finished on the outside of the house including (but not limited to) building a deck, installing gutters, painting, repairing damage he created, etc.Desired Settlement: We would like **. [redacted] to refund us 20% of the contract as he completed (at best) 80% of the work.
