Revdex.com: At this time, I was contacted by DMW Direct regarding complaint ID [redacted] , but they never left me a message when I was unable to answer their callI returned the phone call via the caller ID number and when the lady answered, I told her I had received a call from this number but no message was leftShe replied with, Yes I called your number by accident rather than the Revdex.com She did not sound happy by my claim to you and she let me know that she was 'bothered' by the fact that she had to now fill out the pages of paper-work you have sent to her as a result from my complaint to you She reiterated AGAIN to me that "WE ARE NOT THE ONES RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAILING NOR THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH YOUR Revdex.com CLAIM HAS BEEN SUBMITTEDAND THAT OUR COMPANY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS PRODUCT, NOR THIS ITEM THAT IT IS NOT ANYTHING WE'VE MARKETED." I told her that, "I informed the Revdex.com that I had talked to you previously on the phone when trying to research this matter on my own to find whom I should be talking to and that I contacted you directly before and you told me this same informationI was hoping if they got involved, we'd be able to actually find the people responsible if it's in fact not your company AND IF THIS IS NOT YOUR COMPANY...IT'S PROBABLY IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO WORK WITH THEM TO GET IT RESOLVED SINCE SOMEONE IS OBVIOUSLY DOING BUSINESS AS YOU THEN AND THEY"RE REALLY GIVING YOUR ORGANIZATION A BAD NAME AND REPUTATION IF EVERYONE ELSE HAS HAD THE SAME RESULTS AS ME UNFORTUNATELY DMW DIRECT IS WHAT APPEARS ON EVERYTHING SENT TO ME, EVEN THE CHECK I WROTE WHICH WAS CASHEDSo it's probably a good thing that this has been brought to your attention then, so you can begin dealing with it before everyone else has the same problem with this mail-order product with your name on it!" She said, "Yes, probably so..." in a still-irritated voiceAnd then I hung up....irritated as wellAnd that was the end and the result of my interaction with themNO RESOLVE, JUST THE EXPLANATION AGAIN THAT THEY ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY I SHOULD BE LOOKING TO FOR A RESOLUTION TO THIS COMPLAINTI should have sent all this before, but now attached is all of the literature concerning this mailing/product in this claim that I receivedMaybe it will be helpful in tracking down and/or verifying the responsible partiesAnd my cancelled check from a bank in Montreal, Quebec is also attachedAll that is missing, in copy of course, is the order form I sent back to them ordering a month supplywhich I still have NOT received by the wayThank you and Regards, [redacted] ***

Only things "suspicious" was that the materials stated item only available trough the mail order currently as a new item being marketed in the USA. It's being brought to us courtesy of Dr. Elliot *. K[redacted].I mailed my order form and my check for $74.90 for a 2-month supply of the product on 7/30/2014. Checks were to be made payable to DMW Direct, and the mailing address was the one I gave for the business. Check was cashed on 8/11/2014. I have heard nothing from this company since nor do I have anything to contact them about the order I have placed. I have researched the internet to come up with ANYthing called [redacted] to no avail. And avenues of DMW Direct as well. I contacted DMW Direct today at [redacted], PA [redacted] Phone: ###-###-####. The lady there stated they do do marketing for other companies, but when I asked her how I could possibly get in touch with the people of [redacted] she stated that she's never heard of them! I said well someone using your company's name cashed the check...her reply was "well someone may have but it was NOT us. We do NOT deal with anything like that, just the media production for the companies we handle."Can [redacted] & DMW Direct be investigated please? So others do NOT lose money if this turns out to be in fact a scam. I do believe it said allow 6-8 weeks delivery, but I am not sure as all of the info went in with the order form...which I sadly did not photocopy of before mailing to the address. No phone numbers at all exist ANYwhere on the material pages...Desired Settlement: Would like to know where the product is and direct contact infor for this company only at this time.
