I am rejecting this response because: While the project is complete, it is only completed because I decided to replace my gutters on my ownDMZ was supposed to have done it back in July and I did it in NovemberThey also promised to do my roof in August, but did not complete that until September and after repeated callsFinally, I have asked DMZ multiple times for a copy of my final billing as they were supposed to take off the gutters from the bill since they failed to perform that serviceI have yet to see the final billZach has not returned texts or phone calls with any regularity, nor called to provide updates when completion dates were missedWorking with him has been a horrible experience or missed deadlines and a general lack of communication

This has all been resolved everything is done and insurance company has released final payment
