customer to get the purchase item inspect on franchise dealer to make sure about the condition. BUT SHE DECIDED TO PURCHASE WITHOUT INSPECTION. 3- Over heat happened on the day after purchase after passing San Antonio. It was because of thermostat problem. and if you continuing to drive the truck with that issue it will be damage the head gasket and even more. 4- Blown head gasket problem is a big sign and it is not the issue that customer can not realize it during the test drive and it is not something that can be hidden, because it has direct effect on the truck running. this issue happened when customer was more than 200 miles far away from our dealership with a loud of horse trailer.
