Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The business indicated it seems I am disorganized and should have provided a case number provided to me by the EmbassyThe Embassy did not provide me with a case number and in fact on 122016, the Embassy responded to the business and myself indicating they “do not have an INS number” and “with the information the laboratory has, they should be able to send us the results”Prior to this request, I was informed once they had received the correction form they would release the results which wasn’t the case.I would also like to point out that I received a phone call from the business at 4:pm on and I was explicitly told that if I did not take down this complaint in hrsthey would not release the resultsIt has now been hrs and as far as I am aware the report has not been released and the Embassy has provided the business with all the information they need to do so and I paid for the services in fullIf the only issue pending was related to the case number and the Embassy has said there is no number required to release the report, why hasn’t the business emailed me the report as they indicated in the original email they sent me outlining their services? DNA LAB Center charged me to do a basic DNA ancestry sample to help me find out my ethnic origins I believe they over charged me , they sent me a different company Family Tree DNaand this company did my dna lab work and apoun consulting with them they said they did not know of DNA lab center and they said they only charged me dollars plus dollars shipping and handling , I feel DNA Lab center is shamming people into beleiving that they are some how superior in their work but then get peoples information and send off your work to much less expensive companies.I contacted Family Tree and gave them this same information, and my credit card company is going to dispute the chargesI should find out the results in a week or soI tried contacting DNAabout the way over the top cost and they never returned my email , they did say they have many companies under their umbrella, so it's shady dealings with them and that is why I wish to make a complaint.Sincerely [redacted]

DNA report has been ready for over a week to be sent back to the US embassyIt was originally held back because of US embassy strict regulation.We spoke to our client lawyer and agreed that we will send the DNA report a soon as this claim will be removed. ** *** and his stubbornness is the only thing holding him back to reunite with his family memberWhat a shame !!!!

It has now been 24 hrs and as far as I am aware the report has not been released and the Embassy has provided the business with all the information they need to do so and I paid for the services in full. If the only issue pending was related to the case number and the Embassy has said there is no number required to release the report, why hasn’t the business emailed me the report as they indicated in the original email they sent me outlining their services?  My only ask is that I am treated fairly and my family and I can move on from this. Review: They scammed me by offering a $450. test that was to include detail of paternal and maternal ancestry. They simply sent my dna kit to [redacted] for a general ancestry. [redacted] charged me $100 approximately for the test. They simply farm out the dna samples to other labs. They don't have a lab.Desired Settlement: They need to stop advertising falsely. They need to stop selling and charging for a product they don't deliver (no paternal maternal testing done)
