Very dissappointed! Recieved test kit in November and have still yet to recieve results! I have called almost every week and left messages and have written several emails - none of which has been responded to Very unhappy Will be filing a fraud charge with the bank todayUnbelievable

We do not receive 1-2 day response after multiple requests to this company.
We are having problems obtaining the results and do not receive assistance as requested after multiple requests.
It is very frustrating to know a test is paid for but the company seems unconcerned about making sure you are able to obtain the results.
requests have been left via phone, email and web request.
still waiting tests results even though they have been completed.....
