D'nature

I ordered products over 2 months ago and have not received anything. They also ignore Contact Us Forms.
D Nature refuses to tell me where my order is. I wanted to cancel my order to get a better coupon that they were offering for the month. They told me that it was too late. Another month later, my merchandise is still in the processing phase. I do not understand how it was too late to cancel but it has been 2 months since I first placed the order. Thirdly I have contacted D Nature through their website and facebook page. Someone will only respond asking for an order number. Once I reply they stop all communication. I have tried to contact them on 4 seperate occasions.
