Review: I have been receiving up to 10 emails per day for months now, from a website that is connected to DNC Holdings, Inc. Varying email addresses are used (all involve the letters "welanow" or some form of it, however, my college's servers manage to quarantine them, but I still get the notices from the campus servers for each one.I research the website "welanow.com" via google (the welanow name is in common for all of the spam) and find there is absolutely no contact information or anything on the website. However, the website is shown to be connected to "directnic.com" and to DNC Holdings, Inc. This website harasses me via email incessantly, promising that I have a check coming, or a pending order, or any number of lies that I am getting sick of seeing in my inbox. I have never contacted this "company." I had never heard of it until it suddenly started spamming my inbox.Over the last few months, even at an average of only 5 emails a day, that's hundreds of spam emails, and it is absolutely inexcusable. This must stop immediately.I am sending this email to both directinic.com and to DNC Holdings, Inc. There is no contact information for welanow, and I will not open spam emails that have been (thankfully) quarantined just to contact whomever is harassing me via email.I will also be lodging a complaint with the Revdex.com.Your prompt attention to this harassment issue will be appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to stop harassing me immediately.

Review: Hi,on December 21, 2013 I have bought a hosting plan at Directnic.com (Directnic.com is run by DNC Holdings, Inc.).The hosting service is supposed to let me build a web site by hosting the content that I provide. However, there are problems publishing some kind of files because for unexplained reasons they disappear from the site shortly after being uploaded.Just to make things clear, these files are just plain text files that I have created, they are perfectly legal and acceptable under even the most strict policies, and I'm in fact currently hosting them on another hosting service in the U.S.A. I first contacted support on Dec 23 and got an automatic answer. Then I have opened ticket #[redacted] on Jan 3 and it's still in the open state. I sent a message to support on Jan 7 and received no answer.I contacted again support at [redacted], as instructed in my invoice and in my account pages. However, that address just issue an automatic response refusing all contacts. No matter what you write, I've always got this same answer:"Hi,Thank you for contacting Directnic. At this time we do not accept unsolicited emails to this address, but we do want to hear from you. Please log into your account and submit a Support Ticket, email us from the email address associated with your Directnic account or submit a Support Ticket on our Help page.Your input is important to us and we look forward to hearing from you."Yet this is exactly the email address they gave to me!At the time I'm writing this, the problem has not been solved and in fact it has not even been looked at. I can't use the service I have paid for and can't get any response from support to get the issue addressed.Note: I have emails and invoices to prove everything I have written here.Desired Settlement: Directnic is currently not providing the service that I have bought so I'd like to cancel it and get a refund.

Dear Ms Handley,

Review: I have been trying to transfer my domain from Directnic for several weeks. I have contacted support multiple times via email as well as phone. I get different answers and suggestions for resolution that in the end amount to "keep waiting" and imply that nothing else can be done. Holiday business is important and I am without a website or business email. On top of that, they had the nerve to try to process my credit card for renewal fees--AFTER I filed for transfer and six weeks BEFORE the domain would have expired anyway. Horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like the domain transferred immediately and all directnic fees refunded.

Review: My credit card was compromised last year from this same company. Now today it was tried to use again. yes it was blocked but some one from this business is trying to fraudulently get money from my account again. The bank states because it was blocked no harm no fowl. But what gives this company the right to keep hitting my account. They tried to get 1.00 out if it had worked than they would have tried to get more.Desired Settlement: Please if you could at least tell the appreciate persons that they might have an employee that not very trust worthy at best And they need to address issues like this.

Review: Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to you in regards to a service refund dispute occurred between Directnic (DNC Holdings Inc.) which corresponds to the invoice number [redacted]. I submitted a domain registration request on 23rd February 2014, and paid a sum of $49.95 using my credit card, but still have not gotten the domain name. It's been nearly 20 days already. In the meantime, I contacted the support team, but they were irresponsible, and have not responded to my queries in a fruitful way. I asked them either to register the domain name, or to provide a full refund, but they have not responded to my queries. Thanks in advance.Desired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com to investigate this case and let them to issue a full refund and a compensation of USD 25,000 for my business loss due to their delay and irresponsibility. I would like to request Revdex.com to take necessary actions to impose a penalty for their irresponsible service. As I am from India, I could not able to specify my address and phone numbers in the form you provided. I gave the address of my friend who lives in the USA. Please modify that form to accept international address.

Review: On Nov. 26 at approximately 3:30 am CST I logged into my DirectNIC account for the purpose of renewing one domain name due to expire the same day. The fee for renewal was $15 plus an additional $5 for DirectNIC's privacy protection service. At the same time I also added an initial registration for a new domain name I wished to register for $15 plus $5 for the privacy protection service. The total due was $40.At checkout I proceeded to pay with a valid credit card from [redacted] Bank. All details were entered correctly exactly as it appears on the billing statement. I received an error message that the transaction was unsuccessful. The domain name for renewal was not renewed nor was the new domain name purchased. I made a subsequent attempt to purchase and that also failed.I tried using a second credit card from [redacted]. Each of two attempts also failed. The domain name to renew was not renewed. The domain name to purchase was not purchased.I submitted an online support request at approximately 4:00 am. Two complete business days passed with absolutely no response. On the third day (Thanksgiving) I noticed that the charges that were supposedly unsuccessful were actually posted to my credit card accounts. I confirmed with my banks that the authorizations placed by DirectNIC were successful, they received an AVS match and the charges actually posted to my account two days later. Still, the renewal of my domain was not performed by DIrectNIC nor was the new domain name purchase effectuated. Yesterday (Thursday) I placed a second support request with DirectNIC. Within minutes DirectNIC closed both support requests without action or response.Desired Settlement: Since I have lost all faith and confidence in DirectNIC's ability and competence to effectively perform their duties as a domain registrar, the only acceptable solution is as follows:1. Successfully renew domain name and not hinder immediate transfer to new registrar;2. Cancel privacy protection for domain name renewal w/ complete refund;3. Cancel the new domain name registration w/ complete refund; 4. Cancel privacy protection for the new domain name registration w/ complete refund.

Review: New Terms of Service implemented 3/17/14 without notice. Unable to use services till I agree to the long document which I do not have time to read at 30 seconds notice when I just want to look something up.Desired Settlement: 30 day notice of change of terms - ability to continue to conduct business under previous terms while reviewing new terms and a chance to move business to another company without penalty or requirement to agree to new terms.
