We have paid Debbie thousands of dollars for work that seems to never get doneWe recently paid her to credential two providersShe did the initial work and then didn’t do anything elseThe Insurance companies had never heard of the providers that she was supposed to credentialShe said that she is now going through being sick, But my question is, why didn’t she pass this on to someone else in her business? Why doesn’t she communicate and respond to her emails? Debbie takes advantage of physicians and people who don’t know about the complexities of medical billing It’s truly sadWe would like a refund for the credentialing she was supposed to doIt has caused a huge hiccup in our plans and cost us money
