DnD Towing and Storage

In reference to this complaint, the Vehicle in question BMW SERIES ***Was Repossessed Legally for American Lending Solutions and AFS Acceptance, LLCWhen the car was Repossessed it was called in to Gulfport Police and reported. Also Ms *** *** is not legal owner of
the vehicle, she tried to show me a Title and other documentsBut without ALS and AFC sending me a proper release the car could not be released to Ms ***Unsure about the fees she is referring to, because she was never asked to pay any fees on the car ( she doesn't own)The tag on the car is registered to *** ***, If Ms *** owned the the BMW it should of had a Ms Plate on the carMs State law requires anyone living in Ms for month to register their car The complaint stated the car was purchased from a 1/3/The car was picked up on 8/4/and still had the Registered owners plate on the car. I have informed ALS of this complaint and they have a record of this on fileThe car has been picked up and taken to Auction By the Lienholder ALS and AFS
