Review: [redacted], the Owner of this Business, D & F Home Improvements, York, PA had installed a Roof at [redacted] PA. All Roofers give 10 years or more Warranty on the Roof. A couple of years after the Roof was installed we called with the sidings blown away, and the wind was not all that bad. He came and fixed that. Shortly after that, there was water running down the Chimney in the Attic, and also over a Spot from the Roof where it is over the Main Bathroom. I called about 10 times over a few months and he never came or returned the Phone Calls.In August, 2013 I called again and threatened legal action if he did not come and fix the same problem. He showed up and claimed that it was not something he did but can fix it and charged $125.00 to do so. Paid him by Check # [redacted] payable to his Business.This past week, again, when it rained about 10 inches in Southern PA in a couple of days...it was leaking from the same two spots which he just fixed not even Two Months ago. Called him and now again he does not answer calls or come fix the problem !Desired Settlement: I am not sure if he is Capable of fixing this problem since he has been at it numerous times. I should be able to hire someone else and that person should be reimbursed by [redacted]/D & F Home Imporovements.
