I've tried for two weeks and left messages for this consumer. She hasn't responded and I take her lack of response as this matter being resolved.

We sent the refund to this client and he received it. This issue is resolved. Thank you.

This company just installed a chimney liner for me and I was very happy with all aspects of their service. They were wonderful in every way.

Review: Because of incorrect installation of chimney cap ( two screws) , it came off in rain storm and company has failed to honor its guarantee to re-install cap correctly after repeated calls and promises by D n G Complete to correct stated problem. I called and spoke to Carrie on/about 4/23/2014 and was promised a call back; SHE NEVER CALLED. Spoke to Mike on 5/8/14 and he stated he would be out to re-install: NO SHOW. Called and spoke to Carrie on 5/23/14 and was promised a call back after Memorial Day (5/27): NO CALL BACK. Called and spoke to David (owner of company and Carrie who is his mother) on 6/19/14 and he promised a repair visit on 6/25/14: NO SHOW. Received a call from Kim on 7/3/14 stating they would be out to re-install chimney cap on 7/14/14 btw 8-10am. George called from D n G Complete on 7/12/14 to confirm visit on 7/14/14 at 12:51pm , he left message. I called George at phone number on answering service to confirm visit and it requested an entry code (probably only employees have) and could not confirm. As of this day 7/14/14 I have received nothing from D n G Complete Home Improvement Corporation to solve this matter.Desired Settlement: re-install chimney cap to close opening in chimney and prevent rain and animals from going into chimney.

Review: I was contacted by D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp to have my chimney swept out for $50. I scheduled an appointment with D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp to have my chimney swept out on May 3, 2014. The two men from D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp and inspected my exhaust from my furnace and concluded that I need a Flue lining installed to keep the carbon monoxide from comming into the house. We were quoted $1900 for the work and my wife issued a check to D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp in the amount of $400 as deposit, in check form on May 3, 2014. On Monday, May 5,2014 afternoon time I contacted D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp by phone to cancel the contract (the contract states we have three business days to cancel). The representative (a woman) from D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp acknowledged the cancellation and that we would be refunded promptly. My wife contacted her bank May 5, 2014 to cancel the check and was informed by her bank that the check had been cashed.The many weeks that passed my wife and I contacted D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp via phone to inquire about or refund and kept getting the run-a-round. On Friday May 23, 2014 I contacted D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp via phone and was told by the owner (David) "that they had already started some work already on our house the first time they where at my residence". I told him that that was not true and further more that they never even cleaned my chimney to begin with. I also reminded (David) that we cancelled in the appropriate time frame according to the contract. (David) stated that he would schedule an appointment to hand deliver,himself a company refund check to my home on May 28,2014 between 11am-1pm. D N G Complete Home Improvement Corp never showed up that day or contacted me in any way to let me know they were not comming.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of $400

Review: On June 26 2014 this company came out and repaired my chimney, I went down in the basement the next morning and I found that they had left the pipes and all the trash (old bricks and pieces that were broken off in a trash bag and small trash can) I called them and they said they had no one in the neighbor hood but some one would get back to me. One week goes by and they said that they were short handed because of the holiday. I call back and talk to some one name George and he told me he was part owner and that some would call me back with a date for them to come and clean up their mess. If they left that mess in my basement, how would I know if they did not leave a mess on my roof also. Well as of today August 20, 2014 No one has came or called to correct this problem. They been cashed by check. The bad part about this is that 2 times some one from D n G call to ask me about getting me Chimney Cleaned because they would be in my area and when I tell them who I am and the problem they say hold on and they hang up. All I am asking is that someone come and correct this problem. Why should I have to pay someone to remove it when they should have taken it with them. I even told them that I was going to call the Revdex.com , [redacted] and put it on [redacted] that they did the job but they do not clean up behind their self and their customer service stinks and I guess they don't care.
