We sent her several bills. She was well aware that she owed her deductible of $1090 plus her upgrades that she chose. review the bill all she wants but as per contract, at completion , balance is due. She essentially conned the insurance company out of an entire new HVAC system and wanted everything upgraded but does not want to pay her deductible, balance from the insurance company and upgrades. All were discussed with her buy us and our subcontracted flooring professional.  This is not for this forum and we asked for her attorney's info as she stated she has an attorney and she would not provide. Seeing that the work was done several months ago and she did receive a copy of her invoice, we initiated the appropriate steps to collect the outstanding balance.
