I paid $2400.00 for a job that was not completed correctly. He refused to give me a refund and my car has been taken back to him over 5 times.I paid $1500.00 for a engine in December 2012 for my 2002 Nissan altima. The first engine he put in my car was a bad engine that burned oil and kept my car smoking. I returned the car and he said he would order another engine. He kept my carfrom April to June 2013. Upon retrieving my car again, it was doing the same thing. I returned my car to him the week of Father's day. I picked my car up on August 2. It was smoking very bad. He said it was old trash in the muffler needing to be blown out. I returned my car the same day. He spent two days blowing the exhaust system out Monday and Tuesday, August 5 and 6 of that week. The check engine light came on. I called him and told him he asked me to bring it in and said don't worry its just the catalytic sensor. He reset the check engine light and said just drive it and blow it out. That Thursday, August 8 the light came on again although he said it wouldn't. I returned the car to him. He just reset it and said keep driving it the catalytic won't hurt your car from driving. My husband returned the car to him Friday morning August 9 to have a catalytic sensor replaced because he said that would solve the smoke problem and check engine light. We also told him the car was still burning oil and the oil was black. Every two days the car is needing oil!! I have constantly asked for receipts on the parts he has put in my car and replied the businesses he orders from don't give receipts. He is constantly giving my husband and I the run around. My car is still smoking and my engine light is still on!! I would like a refund to have my car repairs correctly. I had to take my car to him today August 13 because it was smoking and the check engine light is on. There was no oil in the car either. I asked why would the oil be black and he said because the engine probably wasn't cleaned out and he does clean or check the engines when he buys them. It's been over 8 months and supposedly two different engines, an oil ring, and an catalytic converter sensor and my car is still not working properly.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund to take my car and get it repaired correctly.
