we have received the complaint and respectfully disagree with the problemOur company replaced a wooden deck in place of a wooden deckThe deck looks great and doing its jobThe issue is that the original deck is built over a section
of the basementUnfortunately, anytime it rains, there will always be leakageThere is no way this can be prevented 100%Our company offers a lifetime warranty on any decking problems or issuesBut we never offered any anti leakage warrantyIt is impossible to have a deck that doesnt have a little seepageI just want to say the customer is a great guy and I feel bad he is not happyIf he ever has any decking issues our company will be there 100%We just can't help regarding leakage through the deckThank you for your time

First I would like to thank the Revdex.com for responding to my complaintIf dns would have replaced my wooden porch with porch material instead of deck material it would have solved the problemI was told that porch lumber was no longer made by the carpenter that replaced the porchTongue and groove porch lumber is sold by MenardsMy porch leaks much more now than beforeI am going to have to hire another contractor replace this deck lumber with the proper materialIf dns did not know what they were doing they should never have accepted the job

yes, there is no dispute on customers complaintunfortunately, the window company has gone out of business recently (www.***.com)...so, we are trying to find another window manufacturer to make the same size of bad

I understand that the manufacturer of the windows has closed it's doors and is no longer in businessHowever, we did not buy the windows from themWe bought the windows from DNS Exterior and feel they owe us somethingObviously the damaged windows are not going to be replaced and we should be compensatedBased on the performance of these windows so far, I would anticipate more problems in the future

I found a company that will be able to match the same size of glass to replace the bad glass on windows...since it has been awhile, I am going to contact the homeowner to have my installer stop by one more time and find out all the bad windows to replace...our company is shutdown til febbecause of winter..I will be contacting the homeowner in febto schedule an appointmentThank you for your time

We bought the windows from DNS Exterior and feel they owe us something. Obviously the damaged windows are not going to be replaced and we should be compensated. Based on the performance of these windows so far, I would anticipate more problems in the future.

hello, I am aware of the siding issue....it is not an install issue...the siding is defected and all of it is rippling. I am going to be working with the manufacturer regarding this..I agree it has taken along time, but rest assured I am going to be working on it all this week and will have some...

answers for the homeowner shortly. Our company will be giving the homeowners a weekly update starting on September 5th, which is after Labor Day, and then every following tuesday will give an update on the status from the Manufacturer. My goal is to have the Manufacturer pay for new siding and our labor, because we have already paid for both...Also, the homeowner has not given us any money at all yet. Our company is out the labor and materials money upfront, not the homeowner. If the homeowner is willing to pay us the contract amount now, I will install new siding at no extra cost and our company will try to get covered thru the manufacturer. But our company is not gonna pay twice upfront. Any questions, please call DNS at ###-###-####

First I would like to thank the Revdex.com for responding to my complaint. If dns would have replaced my wooden porch with porch material instead of deck material it would have solved the problem. I was told that porch lumber was no longer made by the carpenter that replaced the porch. Tongue and groove porch lumber is sold by Menards. My porch leaks much more now than before. I am going to have to hire another contractor replace this deck lumber with the proper material. If dns did not know what they were doing they should never have accepted the job
