Went to Sosa as they advertise quite a bit in the Local Walnut Creek advertisement Went to their showroom and took a tour and spoke with someone about a remodel Scheduled an in home consultation Although I received a confirmation call, the person did not show up nor return my call to his cell phone Called Sosa the next day Scheduled another appointment Someone came over and took measurements, etc and did not follow up at all I called and left a message...again no return call nor follow up Called and asked to speak with a manage or owner Someone took all information,apologized and said someone would get back to me...well guess what?? no call back Why advertise if you don't want the business? Very, very poor customer service

Sosa took out a half page ad in the SJ Mercury Newspaper dated 12-15, 2016, which I subscribe to The Add indicated "Call for a free in-home consultation with a professional in the industry Call for a FREE in-home estimate 925.344.5258." Their add is very appealing and they indicated a free granite upgrade I called them today to schedule a FREE consultation They indicated they can come to my home in Gilroy, CA but they will charge me $for the consultation because it's too far away, However, if I chose to contract the job to them, they will deduct the $from the project Really, how can I compare remodel companies if I have to pay them $200?
NO WHERE on their add does it allude to a "distance" fee charged To me this is advertising They are listed in the *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***, giving the illusion, they are honest How can the company get away with this non-disclosure? I know that many homes being built in the Gilroy area use Sosa for their products if they order in mass? I am just a senior citizen and homeowner trying to get my kitchen remodeled at a decent price Please make them honor their add
