I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There was no offerAs indicated by separate texts messages to Mr W*** (which was requested by and submitted to the Attorney General and will be admitted in city court), I asked if he would return to the property to which he replied numerous times, he would not and would send receipts and a check for the differenceAll of which I never receivedAfter reviewing the property, the local police officer told me to pursue courtAfter reviewing the property photos, his own commercial liability insurance company sent a letter to him and sent me a copy stating that, and I quote, "this incident was the result of improper workmanship which is not coveredFor these and other good and sufficient reasons, be advised that we hereby disclaim coverage under your policy for any and all losses resulting from this incidentAny and all claims, legal actions or judgements arising out of this incident shall be your personal responsibility" (** *** ***).Its unacceptable that any reputable contractor even consider that they 'earned' any portion for unsatisfactory, 'improper workmanship' which has left a property in a detrimental stateIts so egregious his insurance company won't cover his workmanshipI will be pursuing this with the Attorney General office and other avenuesA lawsuit will be for damages not profit

I have been having issues with this customer. He simply told me not to come back and finish the job. I told him I had to service a machine while I let his property dry out. The property was so soaked with water it was unsafe operate equipment. He agreed at that time then the next day I...
received a text. This is when he told me I would be getting charged with felony charges for stealing from him. I never stole from him I had completed more than half the job and was owed at least $1700 for the work done. I believe he is attempting to sue for a profit and in the meantime he intends to slander my companies name on sites like Craig's list. Thanks againDwayne W[redacted]Do All Construction LLC
