Signs By Tomorrow (SBT) manufactured and installed a sign at this business and it was our agreement to submit necessary paperwork for a sign permit.  A piece of the process in requesting the permit was overlooked by SBT staff and we were fined for the oversight.  Customer is correct to...

state that the fine was not her responsibility.  On 5/18/17 the customers credit cared was credited for $64.00; which the customer had originally asked to be reimbursed.  The additional permit fees are fees that SBT has paid to the City of San Antonio and those can not be reimbursed. We will work provide the customer additional signage, such as a banner or coroplast signs for her time spent on this matter.  We apologize for any inconvenience this matter caused her.  The oversight and handling of this issue has been addressed with SBT staff.

had received from another sign company which was approx $600 less.  It is our practice to not honor other sign company prices, since we do not know the manufacturing process of the other signs company.  When we refused to honor the other quote, communication stopped and the client opted to write my corporate office and Revdex.com.To ensure you're happy with our service, please note our Terms & Conditions:1.) As per my phone conversation with Associate Pastor [redacted] on 4/28/2016, Pastor [redacted] stated Ms. [redacted] is a volunteer and any issues with the sign will be dealt by Pastor [redacted].   We met with Pastor [redacted] on April 29th; she stated her concerns and they were addressed on May 2th.  Pastor [redacted] is out on vacation but was notified via email of the repairs. One of the two of her employees that showed up is [redacted], Co-Owner.  As for her comment about being retired from USAA, I don't know the relevance to this issue.  Again, I apologize to Ms. [redacted], my staff should have responded to her concerns in a timely manner.  My staffs actions have been reviewed with each of them.  We are proud to be involved with Christian organizations, especially, a neighborhood church like Christ The King.  Please let me know next time the Church has a event and needs some banners.  We would be glad to donate them.

10/2014  Dr. [redacted] purchased the sign tracks for his current sign.  Sign tracks were to be installed by himself. 2/2015 Dr. [redacted] hired us to install the sign tracks on his sign face.  Due to the age of the sign face, one sign face broke and they opted to replace...

it.  The old sign was used as a template to apply the tracks to the new sign face and the sign was reinstalled onsite for Dr. [redacted]. 11/2015 Ms. [redacted] contacted us to say the tracks were loose and needed help refitting them for free.  She was told that the sign install was over 9 months old and we could not do it for free.  Ms. [redacted] threatened to tell all her doctor friends not to use us and stated that we would never do work for them again.  Her only complaint was the tracks were lifting; never did she mention the letters not fitting.  The pictures she submitted to us, show the letters in place. A couple of days later, she called and wanted a quote for us to fix the sign.  Quote was given to her.  Quote was only for the travel time from San Antonio to Bandera, we were not going to charge her for the labor.  I informed Ms. [redacted] that we personally had a home in Bandera and did not want to jeopardize the community relationship. 1/2016 On numerous occasions, Ms. [redacted] called and harassed our staff about the quote and demanding to have the work redone for free.  She kept calling with quotes and remedies that she had obtained from our sign companies, insisting that we follow these recommendations, but for free. In an effort to find a remedy to this issue, I personally called Hill Country Vet and left a message with Rebecca for Ms. [redacted].   I figured Ms. [redacted] might be more willing to reach a compromise without hurting our reputation. Our offer continues to be a 50/50 split on the cost.  They pay for the travel time and we will not charge for the install time. Thanks, [redacted] 1202 N. On Tuesday morning, April 26, I picked up a phone
call from Ms[redacted]'s requesting my corporate office number. I asked if there was anything I could help
her with
and she refused to discuss the issues with me. I informed her that by calling the corporate office
I would not be able to help her any further.
Off my contact list on the iPhone,
I read the phone number to her and repeated once more that I could help her Conversation was not being productive to
either one of us so I hung up.
A few minutes later she called again to say the
number I had given her were wrong. As
per her request I restated the number and hung up. Ms[redacted] incorrectly stated that she spoke
to me times on Tuesday. I understand her fruastration with my staff and their non-responsiveness as been addressed with them
A few items that need to be addressed:
1.) We don't have an employee named [redacted]; none
of my employees have the authorization as agents of my company
2.) Based
on the nature of the business, we don't offer a (one) year warranty. If any warranty would have been issued, it
would appear on the work order (item 1)
3.) Based
on the budget, an MDO sign was produced based on her budget and her approval
was given prior to installation(item 2)
4.) Ms
[redacted] states the problems started the day of install; and the sign only had
rows of trackingOn July 7, Ms
[redacted] approved the layout for the sign with track lines(item 2)
5.) Ms
[redacted] claims the letters did not fit; however, she purchased the track letters
online garage sale(item 3) and we aren't responsible for them
We as a company appreciate her dedication to the ministry
and want to make it right for the churchHowever, she cannot continue to
threaten and berate usReporting to "the
Revdex.com, Angie's List and any other media outlet that I can; including local news
media" without merit is considered libel and slander
I have an appointment to meet with Pastoral Associate [redacted] on Friday, April 29th 10:a.m
to discuss the signage and work out a compromise to get the sign put to their
standards. We will now be working with Ms[redacted] on the sign issue
