Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The parts have been received and were done so via the owner, Jill who had them to us in two days straight from the manufacturer, if it was that simple I don't understand why a manager couldn't have completed that task months ago? This complaint still stands with the Manager and below is the response to his reply. To begin, the person making this complaint is the daughter of the two elderly and in poor health people who were just accepting Mr*** inability a second time to complete the simple task of replacement warranty partsThis customer has the manual, and no where does it say that the owner has to place the call nor was that ever mentioned a couple years ago when the first problem arose with Mr***Nor was it mentioned earlier this year when my parents went into the store and spoke with John. It was at that time that he apologized for the first order incident and promised to not let it happen againIt was stated to the owner that my parents said John that recommended these 10K worth of items purchased in 2003, if Mr*** wasn't there at that time then it was not himReally not the point of any of this at allMr*** did finally return my calls that I had placed but it was ONLY after days of calls being placed and final frustration coming to a boil after being told by Debbie that he had no idea of the order and didn't know what we were talking about, that's when the complaint was madeIt was too late for Mr*** to try and return my call at that point, he had already shown his character and professionalism or lack there of. With that said I did speak to him and explain that I had zero confidence in him completing this task and that I would be finishing it up with the owner, JillI will add that while on the phone with Mr*** he tried to lie and make excuses unsuccessfully by saying that when parts like that are ordered, there is no system to know who they go to when they come inI of coursed posed the question of "Don't you put the customers name who it is intended for, or a PO when you place the order?", he replied with 'yes' and then stated someone put them on a shelf and no one knew what they were forThis was all in reference to the first attempt to order replacement warranty parts from Mr***. So which is it, there's no system in place or the management is inept? There were zero calls made to other companies that they do business with as I wouldn't even know where to begin with that and have had no intention of bashing this company, it is the manager that this complaint is aboutI am completely offended that Mr*** is lying about this incident in his reply to the Revdex.com about so many thingsThe review and comments left on the companies website were negative, just as the option of reviews can be but they were also 100% factual and even stated that it was not the company, it was only John ***

Regarding ID [redacted], this issue should be resolved with the customer. The warranty parts in question were phoned in to the manufacturer the day after the complaint and we were told they would ship them direct to the customer. Regarding the product that required replacement parts, the manufacturer...

(as well as many others) requires that the original purchaser to call the 800 number for all warranty replacement parts. The person who made this complaint is not even the actual customer. If the customer would have only their manual, this would never have become an issue. And, the person complaining left a message describing parts that are ordered through our kitchen and bath department, of which I delegated to another employee. This is where I made an honest mistake and should have called myself. This person also told the owners of our company that I am the one who talked the actual customer into purchasing the product in 2003. They were told that I have only been with the company since 2014. I did call the complainant the day of this report to apologize and the person was not willing to speak with me, but only to the owners. This person also wrote other extremely negative reviews on websites and also made calls to other companies that we do business with. We strive to provide the best products and service to all customers and this was an unfortunate incident.  Thank you,[redacted]ManagerContractors Building Supply
