Review: In February 2013 I had my roof replaced after Hurricane Sandy. I hired Do It Right Contracting to replace my roof and to completely gut and replace 2 bedrooms with mold damage from leaking roof. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I got a call my roof had flipped over on the flat part where it had been dormered. [redacted] sent someone out to flip it back over but she said she was not responsible because she did not lay the rubberized roof down, although she did put new shingles over it. I was charged $11,000 for the roof and I feel she should do the right thing. I have had other roofers come in to inspect it and was told the minute her company touched it they were responsible and my insurance company said the same thing. [redacted] now wants $3500 to fix what wasn't done properly while other contractors are saying $1800 to $2000. [redacted] should stand behind the work that she did to my house I should not have to pay for a 9 month old roof!Desired Settlement: The money to have roof replaced and the money to replace sheet rock and painting damage to the new ceiling I just had replaced in my daughters rooms that now have water leaks
