Do It Yourself Dental Impression Kit

Is this a legitimate business when I cannot get hold of customer service or find a proper company location? I recently ordered a dental device, but after finding the one review on here that states that they have not received it, I became waryI sent an email, wanting to cancel my orderI also tried to contact customer service by calling their telephone number, but was met with an automatic messageUnfortunately, they will not be able to come to the phone, due to "technical services," and I must use their emailIt all seems very suspiciousI am afraid that I will not get my money's worth, nor my money back!

Ordered a Flipper and it does not fit, Sent my teeth in to get remade, they never sent the new ones back
I ordered a flipper back in the March time frame, and they were awesome at the beginning, quick with everythingI got my molds made, sent them out, got daily updates on the teeth as they were being madeThey sent the flipper back, and boom doesn't fitI sent the flipper back to be remade with a new moldI got the updates daily as my flippers were being made, and suddenly no more updatesI finally send them an email asking where my flipper was, and about a week later, I get an email stating I never sent the originals back (EVEN though I had a new mold made) They stated that they had sent me an email stating that they needed the old ones before making the new ones (Even though I was getting emails stating that my new flippers were already done) So I sent the new ones in, a few months later due being in a different state nowhere near my mailbox, and they state they will no long
