about years ago I went into Computer Discount and got my computer cleaned for the first time The same staff member remembered me and my Lap top I bought my new laptop from there recently I didnt expect them to teach me how to use the new programs but they did I feel much more comfortable with my new laptop than I did when I recently purchased an ipad from a big chain I left Computer Discount definitely knowing more about basic computer maintenance Much better that if I had gone somewhere else I love CDi

We have a laptop we use as a secondary computer which was running Windows Wife did not like Windows Took laptop into Northwood store on 01/0/to have upgrade to Windows *** *** did the upgrade and laptop was ready for pickup on 0/04/He did a fantastic jobOur security program, e-mail, facebook, etcwere all as we had left them Thumbs up to *** & Computer DiscountGreat job, we are so pleased

Excellent customer service and value. I can't be more satisfied with my experience with Computer Discount. They took care of our network problems in the office and repaired a couple broken laptops that we have. Professional and courteous customer service. Overall, an A+ experience. Highly recommended.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Was given a verbal agreement by[redacted] that they would hold my laptop, however they did not stand behind their verbal agreement and re-sold my laptop. Only offered to resolve my issue but to sell me another computer...go figure.
