Hello, We came to the conclusion that is best to right off the invoice of $for Mrs***, at this point I feel the situation has taken advantage over me as I know I agree we agreed on doing business together and my crew didn't performed their best the first timeI did not "reluctantly
agreed" to replace, it was my duty to do so as I would do with any customer, my job is to search for a better tree (in this case) the problem was we couldn't done it immediately as you wishedI suggested a water ring for the cost of $not free because the property did not have at the moment any sprinkler system, but no problem at allI will take care of it.
