Unable to reach him for warranty workI paid him $2,500 to repair a leaking roof around my chimney. He gave me a five year warranty. When it started leaking I called him and his voice mail said I could not leave a message and when I sent him a certified it came back unclaimed by the post office.I need to have this repaired and have hired someone else to do the repair work as I have no confidence in him anymore.Desired SettlementI want a refund of the money I paid him.Business Response I've repaired bass of chimney. After said repair I called Miss, [redacted] and she stated that there was no leak. mouths latter Miss, [redacted] called about a leak I went there and told her the work is in good shape, and told her that who ever did her chimney did it wrong. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Are you kidding me. He (Do More Roofing) did the final repair. Yes, he did say whoever did the original repair did not do it right so I paid him to fix it. He gave me a 5 year warranty and he came back at least 3 times to repair leaks and the last time I called he never answered and his voice mail would not allow leaving a message and he did not accept my certified letter. Since he was the last person to charge me to repair my chimney and it is still leaking then I guess the person that did it wrong is HIM!!!!
