she asked if I did ***s by the brand ***. I was traveling in Japan and my phone auto responded saying I was out of the country and to contact me after November 27thShe reached out again, with no mention of the brand, and we set up the appointmentI did not realized she wanted a specific brand until Ms*** *** came into the salon Jan 12th at 5pmShe originally had an appointment December 14th that she had to cancel last minuteOur policy clearly states that you are required to give at least hours for cancelation or you will incur a cancel feeI waived this fee, because things happen and she hasn't done this beforeUnfortunately we are booked out about a month in advance so the next time I could see her would be JanuaryWhen she sat in my chair, she immediately asked if I used *** brand ***I said no, and explained I didn't realize she wanted that and there must have been some miscommunicationShe was very eager to get her treatment done because she had fried her hair using a hot tool, and was hoping to repair itI explained that *** just coats the hair in keratin, but don't actually heal the hair, but will improve the appearanceAt this point, she was very argumentative , so I assured her my product was great and if she wasn't comfortable then we could cancel the appointment and I could try and find the product she wanted or a salon that caries itShe insisted on getting it done, because she had waited so longShe explained that she has found several salon that carried it, but didn't like the experienceI have been doing hair years (with no bad reviews), I know when people are unhappy with themselves, nothing can make them happyThey usually are the ones that complain about every other salon experienceAt this point, I asked a co worker to listen so I had some "insurance"I explained that I use *** *** for 3-month treatments costing $and *** *** for 6-week costing $we decided on the *** ***, since that was closest to the ***I let her know that there was no guarantee that it would be the same, but if she was unhappy then in month, when we did it again, I would try to find her the ***She also requested a haircut, costing $We proceeded with the haircut and treatment and had a very pleasant timeI really enjoyed talking about traveling and getting to know ***After the treatment, on her way out, I reminded her to let me know what she thought and if it compared to the *** and she agreedShe left very happy and appreciative. When she contacted me, she told me that *** was definitely better and she wanted those resultsShe admitted her hair was frizz free but not as soft with the *** ***She asked if I could do it again with the *** and not be chargedYou can see my frustration, because I gave her the option to not get the service done with my brandThe services took a total of over hours and the product used is expensiveI let her know in 3-month after It wears off I could see if *** was available to me and try that, but at the rate of $for the treatmentI did not use a lesser product, like she is claiming, and am shocked by the extreme from this personMy co worker, heard and saw the product used and can back me up on thatPlease help me with this matterMY business has been booming and successful with turnover from staff and great online reviewsWe are going on years and this accusation couldn't be future from the truthThank you for your time in this matter.
