Tried a free trial of a product and was charged three months later
I tried a free trial of their product on December 26, 2018. I read the entire page with no mention of further charges. It said it was a completely free from subsequent charges. However, there are now charges of $89.94 for two separate products on my billing statement. These are dated for February 19, 2019. I paid for the trial with my debit/credit card and they automatically took the money out of my account.
I want to get the money back that the company charged me and to have my information and bank account to be removed from their system
I purchased a product from this company last month. I was NEVER informed that by purchasing said product, that I had signed up for a membership. I was informed today that I had to cancel by a certain date for them to not charge me two seperate charges of $89.84 & $89.82(Total: $179.66). When I called the company to dispute these charges, each time the customer service agent came back with a different amount he would refund me(1st time=$100 2nd=$140), but never a full refund. Each time he told me a refund amount, I would ask for a Supervisor & he would never connect me to one until the last refund amount was given. I then demanded to speak to a Supervisor. At which point, a Supervisor got on the phone & said she could only refund me $140.00 because there was a $39.66 "restocking fee." I NEVER ordered anything, so what they are restocking is beyond me.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 1/18/2019 and ended on 2/3/2019 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

You had called to cancel on 2/11/2019 and your account had been refunded for $70 & $70 without being required to return the product.

The fact that I was not made aware that this was some sort of membership & that I would then have to call to cancel was not addressed in your response, which prevents me from accepting it. I thought I was buying a product once. Not a product numerous times, a continuous membership. A full refund should have been given, not a partial.
